Where will my donation go?
Your donation will be deposited with the Allan Hancock College Foundation and distributed to the club or program leading your selected project.

How do I make a contribution?

  2. Fill out your information.
  3. Click the “Continue to Next Step” button.
  4. Verify and click complete donation.
  5. Input credit card information and check out!

Is my contribution tax-deductible?
Yes, contributions through the Allan Hancock College crowdfunding platform support specific areas of the college and are therefore eligible for income tax deductions as allowed by law.

Will I receive a receipt for my contribution?
Yes, Allan Hancock College Foundation will send you a gift receipt via email for tax purposes.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged immediately upon finalizing your gift on the website.

Is my gift eligible for employer/corporate matching?
Yes. However, it can take several months for employers’ matching funds to reach the Allan Hancock College Foundation. In the event the match does not arrive before the project deadline, it will be applied to the respective club or organization’s account for future projects.

Is there an administrative or processing fee?
Gifts made to Allan Hancock College will be subject to a standard 2.9% + .30 credit card transaction fee, normal for any credit card transactions.

What is the institution’s Employer Identification Number (EIN), also known as a Federal Tax Identification Number?
The Tax ID for the AHC Foundation is 95-3143396.

What is your refund policy?
By making a charitable gift to the Allan Hancock College Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, the donor understands that charitable donations are not refundable.

What happens if the project is not fully funded within the campaign deadline?
The project creators will receive all funding made to the project, even if the goal is not achieved.
